"Where We Come From, Cheer Isn't a Word We Hear Very Often"

Gabrielle Union calls her Bring It On role 'a mistake'; Regrets trying to be 'the right kind of Black girl' | PINKVILLA

The character that Isis encompasses aligns with what New Onda stands for. Rooted in your surroundings while being the change you want to see. Standing for what you believe in and evading all obstacles in your way. Although Isis was regarded as the villain in “Bring It On”, she simply was misunderstood. Set on striving for greatness, Isis constantly fought uphill battles and persevered through them all while taking the high road. She is a constant reminder that where you come from does not define who you are. Isis emphasizes New Onda's idea of "The Environment Is A Product Of Me".
